 Shipping

In-stock items are usually shipped the working day after I receive payment, but if you order a custom or made to order item it will take slightly longer, normally between 2-5 days working days. If you need the item for a specific date, let me know and I will do my best to help.
I gift wrap everything ready to give as gifts. Multiple items ordered at the same time will be wrapped together.

Orders are dispatched via First Class Royal Mail in the UK, and standard Air Mail to Europe, Australia, USA and Canada. 
This means they are not insured. This shipping is free for orders over £30.
 If your order has a high value I strongly suggest you opt for the tracked shipping which is insured and you can follow the parcels progress along the way. Often this is a faster way to go too.

*Delivery times vary depending on your location and your country's security & customs policy. Once shipped, please allow 1-2 working days for delivery to the UK, 7 days to Europe, and 7-28 days to Australia, USA and Canada.

Payment

I accept Paypal. If you do not have a paypal account you can still pay by credit card through paypal. Just hit the pay by credit card button after going to paypal. If your payment is made via a Paypal "e-check", your item will not ship until the check has cleared. This can take 5-7 days for domestic payments (within the UK) and 7-14 days for international payments.

I also accept payment via Stripe. This is a safe checkout method which allows you to pay with any major credit and debit cards.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please contact me if you aren't 100% satisfied with your item(s). It is very important to me that my customers love what they receive.

I adhere to the EU regulations regarding Distance Selling, which you can read here.

I do accept returns on non custom items if you send me an email first stating the reasons for the return no later than 14 days after delivery. Funds will be returned when I receive the goods back. 

I generally do not accept returns on custom items. But please contact me if you have ordered a custom item and are not satisfied with it so we can fix the problem.

I try to describe my items to the best of my ability and will photograph their charms as well as their flaws (if any) but remember that all my items are handmade by me and the item you get might vary slightly from the one shown in the photos. Contrast and colour settings on various monitors unfortunately also mean that the items can be slightly misrepresented.
